- Items must be unused and undamaged
- Original packaging required
- All accessories and documentation must be included

Return Process
Step 1: Request Return Authorization

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Step 2: Package Your Return
- Package items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark RA number on package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service
- Insurance is recommended for valuable items
Refund Processing
- Refunds processed within 3-7 business days after receipt
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Bank processing may take up to 30 days
Exchanges
- No restocking fee for exchanges
- Customer pays for return shipping
- LENSZIO covers shipping for exchange item
- Same 30-day eligibility window applies
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Report within 24 hours of receipt
- Include photos of damage/incorrect item
- No restocking fee applies

- Replacement shipped upon confirmation of issue
